SOLSTICE: CACAO LOVE CLUB - STOKE NEWINGTON

Join us at the beautiful s0ma Home, Bethnal Green for an evening of re-connection on the auspicious Winter Solstice. 

This is an opportunity like no other to come together in celebration of a magical new beginning, releasing anything that no longer serves our highest purpose and stepping into our full abundance. The Winter Solstice is a time of deep rest, reflection and gradtitude. Shedding our skin from the year just passed and taking the time to regenerate body and soul. 

Join us for an evening of sacred circle, magical medicine and harmonious sound bathing - facilitated by Molly Chinner and Sean Delahay.

The Cacao Spirit is a keeper of ancient, sacred wisdom. Mama Cacao holds the vibrations of kindness, unconditional love, and joy, opening a channel for loving connection with yourself and others. Cacao's energy is healing, motherly and very gentle - speaking directly to the heart. When we connect with the heart’s energy our voice may speak from a place of deeper intelligence carrying vibrations of peace and harmony. 

A Cacao Ceremony is a sacred and ancient ritual to honour the five elements and the spirits of Nature, to create a harmonious matrix with all living beings and express gratitude for Life itself. Cacao represents the way of the heart and reflects humanity's sacred connection and relationship with the land and the (un)seen worlds. The Cacao Love Club is growing - gathering people of all walks of life to sit in Circle, with kindness, to drink a cup of Chocolate together and celebrate one another.

All abilities, ages and experience levels are welcome! Please bring along your cosies and comfies to stay warm during sound bath. Cushions and mats are provided but please bring anything else you'd like for comfort.

WHERE IS THE CEREMONY & HOW DO I GET THERE?

The event will be held at SomaLab in Bethnal Green. The address is; S0ma Home, Limewharf, Vyner Street, E29DJ

WHAT DO I BRING?

Please bring along a special cup/mug or chalice for your Cacao, in the interests of sustainability we will not be providing single use cups. Please also bring along anything else to make yourself comfortable; a journal + pen, blankets and pillows for sound bathing and talismans/crystals/offerings to add to the altar.

WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS?

18:30 arrival - 21:00 departure

CAN I DRINK CEREMONIAL CACAO IF (...)?

Ceremonial Cacao is a potent and magical plant medicine. We use the highest grade Cacao organically and ethically sourced from the Tsatayaku association in Ecuador. A ceremonial dose of Cacao is 30-40g and can have some purgative/stimulating effects due to the Theobromine and Caffeine content. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking SSRI's or have any serious conditions please let me know beforehand so I can prepare a lower/no dose for you.

DO I NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCED SOUND BATHING BEFORE?

All are very welcome - no sound bathing experience is necessary. Please let us know in advance if you suffer with serious heart conditions, have a pacemaker, tinitus, epilepsy or any other condition that might be effected by the vibration of sounds. We use both digital and analogue sounds. 

ARE ALL ASPECTS COMPULSORY?

We'd like to create cohesion and connection amongst the group so encourage full participation. However it’s your body and your time, so if you feel called to skip an experience, it’s up to you. Please note that doing so will not affect the price in any way as all pricing is fully inclusive.

WHAT’S THE BOOKING POLICY?

If I have to cancel for any reason your payments are refundable in full up until 48 hours prior after which no refunds can be offered. Full Ts + Cs available on booking.
